Water leak in basement ceiling. Very impressed by instant, professional telephone response from Donald of PuroClean. Same person, Donald, then responded in less than an hour, carefully assessed the type and extent of water damage and set up equipment to dehumidify and filter the air overnight. He was back early the next morning, as promised, even though it was a Sunday, to enlarge the ceiling opening for deeper dehumidification and to set up additional drying equipment as needed. Very satisfied! We will definitely call Donald at PuroClean for any future clean-ups.

Maribel and the crew at PuroClean were very knowledgeable and professional throughout this process (as were the office staff - Anthony and Gilbert). Maribel communicated with me each step of the way. After completing a thorough inspection of the damage, they got to work immediately. They were extremely careful to contain dust during the demolition process. I am so grateful for the work they did in my home and I would strongly recommend them to anyone in need of restoration services. I’ve dealt with other companies in the past, and they do not compare. I agree PuroClean is the BEST in the business!

Pure Clean from Livingston , Nj came to my home in Dingmans Ferry , Pa immediately within 2 hours of the incident. When I tell you the phenomenonal service and care they gave us it was over the top. We had Lead on the job Maribel Ruiz , the chief on the job was Alfonso Rivera and then so far 3 days they have spent here with their team Clarence Vandemark, Tiana Rivera. Rafael Javier , Jason Castellanos and Omar Aitsalih. This was the team. I apologize if I missed anyone . In the office we has Gilbert who is the General Manager and I believe Anthony who is communication manager. This team is from Puro Clean from Mitagation. If you ever have a flood and don’t think u need mitigation still call the insurance and ask for mitagarion because I’m sure u need them . I can’t recommend this company enough. Please if u need any info or information and can reach out to Mirabel or Alfonso please do. We had a previous flood which wasn’t dtwken care of correctly and without Mirabel or Alfonso we would have never know the extent of the damage . We just bought this home and a few more months we would have black mold growing . So please call Puro Clean and have peace of mind. Thankyou so much Mirabel , Alfonso and team . PureClean property damage company came to my house to assess the damage after a sewer back up. I was very impressed on how professionally and efficiently they completed the job. PureClean exceeded my expectations. Their team is exceptional and courteous. Alfonso and his crew; Rafael, Tiana, Ramrod & Jordy were amazing! They took very good care of my belongings, and made sure I was satisfied with each step of the work.
